Boil some water ready for the Egg Noodle with a bit of salt and slice the Bell Pepper into strips. Cut the ends from the Green Beans and cut into thirds, deseed and slice the Chilli up and finally cut the Lime into wedges.

Put the Egg Noodle into the boiling water along with the Green Beans. Cook for about 5 minutes or until tender. Once done, drain them and put them to one side.

Add a little oil to a pan and place on a medium to high heat. Once hot put the Diced Chicken in and season with a little salt and pepper. Fry for about 5 minutes or until browned.

Bring the heat down a little and chuck in the sliced Bell Pepper. Fry until the Diced Chicken is cooked through and the Bell Pepper is soft. Around 10 minute should do it.

Add the Egg Noodle and Green Beans to the pan and heat them up. Add the Soy Sauce, Tomato Sauce, Ketjap Manis and Sugar to the pan. Mix it all together until evenly coated.

Finally plate up the chicken fried rice, sprinkle with the chopped Chilli and put a little squeeze of Lime over it. Eat and enjoy!
